Andrew Cuomo's COVID-19 briefings resembled reports from a war zone, paralyzing with high rising numbers.
59 vertical and 59 horizontal lines made by at least 59 y. o. vintage watercolors found in the Pennsylvania house, became a pacing technique during up to 59
minute daily conferences. Numbers started slowly going down during this project. Each square is 59cm x 59cm.
