Cooked from recipes on pages #59 from a variety of cookbooks and magazines, including Alla & Chavdar's cookbooks.

March 3, 2017 in Sofia, Bulgaria in celebration of first 59 days of 2017 and Alla Georgieva's last 59 days of being 59. Coincidently the date fell into the Bulgaria liberation from Turkey holiday. Red and green napkins were added to traditional white. Hot pads by Lena Lidsky.
