Dinner 59 (40) started with the performance Team 59, where all the participants were ultimately marked with the number 59. The recipe for the soup was obtained from Linda Mary Montano. During a previous event in the EFA Gallery, after her performance about old age, Linda handed an autographed AARP magazine to Irina where the soup recipe was later found on page 59. The recipe had two components, soup and cream. Participants were invited to draw number 59 on their soup with the cream.

November 14th, 2018 at The Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts - Project Space, 323 West 39th St 2nd Floor, Manahattan, NYC to celebrate the EFA Project Space's 10th year and 88 years since the first Dinner Art Project by Marinetti in Milan, Italy (1930). Dinner 59 (40) was one of the special events at the exhibition "As Far as the Heart Can See", curator Nicolás Dumit Estévez Raful.
