DINNER # 8 This dinner was going to be on September 5 (5.9 in Europe),
but, because of the Jewish New Year, was postponed till September 7th. The
dinner was cooked from recipes printed on the 59th pages of cook books found
during the 2013 US59 trip in Oklahoma and Kansas.
