In 2012 The Quadrennial Shaving Performance was invited by Irina Gorlova and Leonid Bazhanov to the National Center for Contemporary Art in Moscow, 20 YEARS AFTER the Shaving for America, farewell performance in Moscow in 1992. Angelina Panova, Rostislav Egorov, Vladimir Salnikov and Nina Kotel, who attended the 1992 shaving in Moscow, were involved again. Angelina made the braid and Rostislav took pictures as they did 20 years before. Vladimir and Nina cut BRAID#7. Curator: Natalya Goncharova. |
